Our mission of Corporate Social Responsibility program is to make a positive impact on the communities in which the we do business through our support of select programs, outreach efforts and initiatives that improve and enhance the quality of life. Our goal is to make things better for the planet, better for people, better for business, better now, better for the future.

Our CSR activities are focussed in three key areas - Environment, Health and Education. The ways that we reach out to communities in the above three areas differ based on local contexts and needs. Most of these efforts have been structured around deserving programs that we have patronized across the country.

Blood Donor Drive

We encourage our professionals to participate in various social events organized by non-profit organizations, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and charitable institutions that contribute to the social good. In keeping with this spirit, we organize blood donation camps at our Corporate Office (in Mumbai), Manufacturing plants (at Nashik and Raipur) and Construction Offices (in Gurgaon, Patna and Ranchi).

Community Welfare

We have implemented various projects in more than 23 states in the country till date. As a mark of our ability to touch the lives of people in rural India, we have built wells, modernized schools, beautified roads and electrified villages. We feel that it is blessing leave our mark in the places and hearts of people that we come in contact as part of our business

Health Check-up Camps

We organize free health check-up camps in rural villages where we built transmission towers. Eye camps and medical assistance to the elderly are frequently organized. This helps in doing our bit to the society.

Education Scholarships

Every year, we give grants and scholarships to 25 deserving students from the lower income groups. These set of students are chosen so that they can pursue their dreams and become proud citizens who can stand on their on feet and make meaningful contribution to society.

Sponsorships

We are patrons for a few independent and reputed NGO organizations who have undertaken commendable jobs in running orphanages, trusts and societies that look after the aged and under privileged. Food, clothes and other amenities are provided and events are organized that convey warmth and hope for the inmates of these institutions.

Green Warriors

We have been involved in "sapling drives" that help to ensure a greener environment. Activities to supplement rural lift irrigation and rural water supply have been undertaken for the benefit of the inhabitants of the places where we have worked. Supply of solar panels to far flung villages where have worked has been undertaken.
